I’ve now purchased two vehicles from Loord at Sunrise Toyota within the last year, and I can honestly say there’s a reason I came back to him. About a year ago, I bought my 2026 Tundra from him, and I just recently came back and purchased a 2026 Tacoma. Loord is by far one of the best salesmen I’ve dealt with. He never rushes you, never pressures you, and actually listens to what you’re looking for. One thing that really stood out to us was that he let us test drive the vehicle on our own, which was a huge deal for us. At another dealership, we were refused that opportunity, and it completely changed how comfortable we felt. We’re also younger buyers, and unfortunately, we’ve had experiences where salespeople seem to judge us or assume we’re just wasting their time because of our age. Loord never once made us feel that way. He treated us with the same respect and professionalism you’d hope for at an older age. The fact that we came back and bought a second vehicle from him within a year really says everything. He didn’t have to convince us to come back, the way he treated us the first time did that for him.
